We visited Chik Sin Thong Old Folks home to donate the earnings from our Carnival Day.

The students get to witness their contributions put to use in bringing joy to others. Our students were pretty eager to participate. They practiced singing and dancing to perform, some worked with teachers to prepare workshops. The old folks got to join in the singing and made their own photo frames using the paint pouring technique. Behind the scenes, teachers and students were working together to prepare meals. Some of the students who joined in picked up cooking just for this occasion. They were guided by more experienced schoolmates and teachers to create a healthy meal. Overall, it was a very meaningful day for us. Our students spent some time chatting and socialising with the elderly. We hope that this helps them have a greater understanding for people of different ages.
