(CCA) Co-curricular Activities & (ECA) Extra Curricular Activities
One of our goals at Collinz International School is to provide our students with a holistic education. We therefore actively encourage (CCA) Co-curricular Activities & (ECA) Extra Curricular Activities to help students to develop their talents outside of their academic achievements.
Sports

CCA is an integral part of our students’ holistic education. Through CCA, students discover their interests and talents while developing values and competencies that will prepare them for a rapidly changing world. CCA also promotes friendships among students from diverse backgrounds as they learn, play and grow together. Participation in CCA fosters social integration and deepens students’ sense of belonging, commitment and sense of responsibility to school, community and nation.
School Activities

Getting students excited about learning is a monumental task that is a top priority for many teachers. This is something that can truly make a difference in how students learn for years to come, even after they are out of school. Here are some projects for demonstrating understanding that students to try anytime. These activities will open you up to some creativity, new skills, and different teaching methods. These student projects are a lot of fun to boot!
Science Experiments

We provides students with opportunities to participate in exciting hands-on and challenging Science-related activities, which gets them to think critically, collaborate with their peers and think of creative ways to problem-solve.
Culinary Club

Culinary Club was created to stimulate, foster and promote students interest in the culinary arts. It is our desire to teach different cooking techniques, and most importantly provide students a fun and creative outlet while developing leadership and cooperation skills.
Robotic Club

Robotics club provides an opportunity to rediscover and redesign learning by engaging students in an inquiry-based approach to collaborate and be creative in solving open ended robotics challenges. It is best suited for Challenge Based Learning and Problem Based Learning.
Charity Outing

Through community outreach, the School's principles of respecting others, loving oneself, honouring thoughts and viewpoints, and being responsible, kind, and helpful are instilled. Students are encouraged to get engaged in a non-profit organisation or cause that they care about and to volunteer their time and effort to help.
Music

Students are cultivated to develop the 3 skills, composing, performing and listening. During music lessons, students learn to play various musical instruments and are given opportunities to perform as a group through school assemblies and school events. They also learn different musical terminology which greatly benefits them in playing various musical instruments.
Art & Craft / Living Skills Workshop

Students express their creativity through drawing and painting. Students' work is exhibited in schools.

House System
One of the main strengths of the House system is giving students of all ages the opportunity to work together, creating a truly cohesive environment and ensuring that age is not a barrier to friendship and collaboration.
Trips
From our experience students and teachers alike have a great time on our school group tours. Not only is it a fun and a hugely memorable time, there are constant opportunities for students to expand their own individual tacit knowledge crucial to higher level learning and problem solving skills. Students take what they’ve learnt back into everyday life and this impacts them for months and years to come!
